Hi! I'm Aiden

Many of you know me through yarn, but I've also spent about 25 years designing, developing, and maintaining websites. Along the way I've learned a lot about solving technical problems and figuring out how things work behind the scenes, including more than a decade working with Shopify.

That experience has grown into Frontend Familiar, where I'm building practical Shopify tools and solutions for independent creative businesses.

I've seen first-hand how overwhelming the technical side of running an online business can be. Most creatives didn't start their business because they wanted to troubleshoot apps, untangle integrations, or keep up with ever-changing compliance requirements. They started because they wanted to make beautiful things.

The funny thing is, I actually enjoy those technical challenges.

So it felt about time to put that knowledge to work helping other business owners spend less time fighting their websites and more time doing what they do best.
